feta and avocado hummus dip

Recipe adapted slightly from the wonderful Diethood Recipe type: vegetarian, healthy
Serves: 6
- 1 15-oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced in quarters
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- ¼ minced flat leaf parsley
- splash of hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with chips, pita or veggies.
