Roasted Parmesan Green Beans
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh green beans (trimmed, rinsed and patted dry)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (more to taste if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (more to taste if desired)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (more to taste if desired)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400'f.
  2. Place green beans in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic, Old Bay, salt and pepper - toss to coat.
  3. Place beans on a foil lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top before serving (optional).
